Enjoyable, easy and peaceful is how Shrenik describes river rafting experience. But there is a caveat – he says that’s only when you are doing Rapids 1 and 2 (difficulty level). Anything beyond (3, 4, and 5) tend to be longer, steeper, dangerous and more technical which is not suitable for the first-time rafters. Shrenik had the opportunity to do various rapids in three different places: Aare river between Thun and Bern in Switzerland; Ganga river in Rishikesh, and Zanskar river in Laddakh.
